Processing Time

Orders are processed same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days — rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• Free shipping on orders over $150

Total estimated delivery time from order to doorstep: 1–5 business days.

Restricted Products

Certain pest control products may have shipping restrictions in some provinces or territories due to local regulations. If a restriction applies to your order, we will contact you within 1 business day before shipping.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can use it on the carrier's website to follow your shipment.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please contact us.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Report damaged or lost packages within 48 hours of expected delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
