Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada only, from our location in Ontario.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed same day. Delivery takes 1–5 business days depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping ranges from $8.00–$12.00 CAD based on weight and destination. Orders over $150 CAD qualify for free shipping.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

What if my package arrives damaged ? Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery with photos of any damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

What is your return policy?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made an error. Visit our Refund Policy for full details.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products safe for pets and children?

Safety varies by product. Each product includes specific safety details. Always read the product description and follow the manufacturer's instructions before use.

No. We're currently online only at gardenaura.ca.
