Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before ordering, as products have specific restrictions.

Eligible Returns

You may return eligible items withinΒ 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The product is in resalable condition with all labels intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Any opened pesticide, herbicide, or weed killer
  • Used pest traps or bait stations
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@gardenaura.ca within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
  3. We will provide return instructions

Return Shipping

You are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • No restocking fee applies to all approved returns
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after we receive and inspect the item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
